I received my order from etrailer via UPS with the Manufacturer's OEM box fully ripped along the edge resulting in missing parts from my order. I contacted Eric at etrailer and he double boxed a replacement order that I received 2 days later. I was able to install the suspension parts just in time for a long haul pulling my boat. Bummer the original order was shipped in just the OEM box which is easily damaged because of the heavy metal parts inside. Double boxing should be standard protocol.
The product was the size it says it was. I'm going to put it on today.

We ordered a replacement faucet that we thought would work but it didn't fit. We had put in the year make and model of our RV and numerous ones popped up and picked out one we liked. We didn't know until we tried to install it and the hoses could not be attached properly.

Hitch is great. Video made it an easy install. Only problem was the packaging, the hitch was breaking out of the box. It is almost impossible to get a torque wrench on the passenger side bolts.
