This was my 3rd purchase from e-trailer and if needed I would purchase again. The harness as always has been quality with easy to understand directions. My problem with the purchase has been with the packaging of the hitch. Granted it's heavy and will get tossed around but all of them have broken out of the box before arriving and 2 of my deliveries have had to be pounded back into shape to fit. I don't fault the delivery service because there is not enough support in the shipping box to keep it in place and damage is likely to result. I think that a better means of packaging should be researched.
