Bike rack was delivered on time. Bike rack box was missing few small parts and one of the rubber straps was defective. Contacted each trailer and problems were resolved immediately. Rack does take a significant amount of time to put together and does it require two people when loading bikes onto the rack on the back of an RV.

Provided instructions are not the best, however company websites instruction video is a perfect walk thru of installation. You are promoted to cut a small piece out of the heat shield to accommodate new bolt present, I simply covered the bolt with the heat shield to order cutting the heat shield. Overall great price for trailer receiver and took a couple hours of install. This was my first ever time installing a hitch receiver and was a pretty simple learning process between me and an extra set of hands. Highly recommend this project for experts and first timers like myself.
I had everything in 2 days. Everything was fine fit prefect
When I placed the order the estimated arrival date was Thursday May 9th. Upon checking the status on Wednesday the estimated arrival date was changed to Saturday May 11 which was a big wrench in our plans as we planned on using the mirrors for our vacation leaving on Friday May 10, that did not happen causing us to scramble to get another set.
Needed new bases for Curt hitch. A20 head originally fit ISR and new truck had PUC system installed. E trailer had the bases that fit that head to my PUC system. Was a very easy transfer to the new bases and boy does it open up the space in the truck box.
I am so grateful that I found the lighting harness for my GMC Truck and can use my trailer again. I found the original OEM recommended harness at a great after-market price.
The communication I received about my order was outstanding, most companies and organizations do not instill this in their team members so when someone gets it right, it is a real pleasure to be a customer.
