Had to get another BW hitch my other one is just fine but I got a new truck that has the pro series tailgate order the hitch special for my truck love it works like it's should the tailgate does not hit the hitch even with weight on it.then decided to get the locking pins to go with it love the set up
Quick and easy. Nobody around here has a 5 wire harness. I was told I could just splice the 2 brown wire into the single brown on the 4 wire harness, not to sure about that. Called the place I got the trailer from and was told it would be a week before they could get to it. And it's about 45 miles away.

I just installed it yesterday. Easy install. Works well. I'm using the manual crank, and easily moves my 20' bass boat on a tandem axle trailer. It seems well made. Nice touch is it comes with some foam shock pads to wrap your trailer where it's mounted.

I rated e-tailer very high. The quality of the original product is very low. Had to replace the door inside FRP (very thin) and window due to not made to hold up to the elements. Only 7 years old. I believe the replacement window is made by the same company. Hopefully it can last longer.
