Easy to find the proper receiver. Ordered and it was shipped quickly and arrived on-time.

ETrailer sent me shipping company information for my order. The freight company and tracking number was wrong. They shipped it with a different company and didn't inform me. After four attempts to get correct tracking information - the item was delivered without my knowledge.
Great product but need to do better on communication.

Easy to navigate the sales process.

I ordered a tow package for my Subaru and I'm very pleased with the product I got and the price. It was delivered faster than most things I get from Amazon Prime.
The install video on the website was great and super helpful.
Only knock is that the bolt on receiver was just packed loose in a big cardboard box and it bounced around during shipping, pretty much shredding the box. Still I received all the hardware and everything, and the product was undamaged.

Ordering was easy, shipping was great. Received what I ordered and was packaged very well.

The drop hitch ball holder matched the measurements in the listing so I could get the exact amount of drop I needed. Very sturdy construction and perfect fit. The website had a useful page describing how drop and rise are measured so I could translate my boat dealer's "The top of the ball should be this high off the ground" into the drop spec that I should get. When I installed everything it was exactly the height I was aiming for!

It would have been nice if there had been a "do you need...?" selection for balls (which I didn't need) and pins and clips (which I did need) that fit the drop ball mount I selected. But it was easy for me to navigate to that section to find the pin and clip myself.

I also got a 2 into to 1.25 inch receiver converter (so I can us my bike rack) and that was also easy to find and fits great.

Fast and free delivery to your door. Shipping company was on time at the front of the window provided.

Easy to order got my order on time the parts were as described

I installed the hitch and wiring in about 4 hours and it works and looks good. The only complaint is that the boxed wiring harness was shipped in the same box as the large, loosely packed, metal hitch and both boxes had holes in them. Fortunately, no damage was done the the electrical components.

Very easy to find and order. We needed a lighter RV bike rack, and this fit the bill.
