I needed to mount my Sears Cargo Box to 2021 BMW X3 roof rails. The original brackets were not compatible. I found the u-bolts that were spec'd for the same box and they worked perfectly.
Shopping was easy, but the hitch arrived bent inward. They merely said to straighten it out, but for $400 I didn't feel like I should have to. They sent a second one, but it was more bent than the first. They weren't able to accomodate the fact that my auto mechanic had stripped down my car 2 times without being able to actually install the hitch. Pretty annoying overall.

Was having problems with my turn signals. It always working, turned out it was the cheap connector that came with the trailer. The new one has much better quality contacts and it works great every time! Wiring was a snap because the color codes matched the old connector.
