Product arrived with destroyed packaging but drawer was not damaged

I wanted trailer rims that matched those I have installed on a 14K equipment trailer. These rims were a perfect match.

Easy to order. Second or third hitch that has been ordered and have never had an issue

So far so good. Product was exactly as described. Shipping was fast. Waiting on a response to correct an issue. May change my rating after complete. Issue was not any fault of etrailer. Hopefully I will hear soon.

Etrailer was great. Shipping was terrible. 4 holes in the box. Have yet to open to see if anything is missing.

I have never known a customer service agents name until shopping with etrailer. Eric personally called and emailed me until my order was right. I had an issue with my billing address being different than my shipping address and he ensured it be solved on what seemed like his own time.

Shop with you as it was same as Amazon. Wanted business with you only.

Lost a key to my Jayco Rv. Since I knew the key number I was able to order a replacement from e-trailer. New keys in 3days. Can't beat thst

There was a problem with the shipping costs and the customer service very quickly remedied.

Your PayPal link was broken, meaning I had to use a credit card which I did not want to do. Also, the transition in the checkout screens was extremely slow.

After we ordered our air bags and compressor for our 2022 Silverado 3500, we received follow up emails on tracking and any delays (in weather). We really appreciated this companies attention to detail, from who packed up our order, to the map showing the delivery route across the US. We also found e-trailer on You Tube to show us exactly how to install these items and little tricks that would make the installation go easier.

Worked great easy install, came with everything needed

Curt Hitch C35NR installed with no problems, "no hitches".

Curt T-Connector wiring harness C46BR was an easy install BUT the harness had a confirmed wiring mistake in the driver side of the harness. Turning on lights made the trailer lights bright. Pressing brake made trailer lights come on low and lit the license plate. I tested the vehicle harness to confirm the stop contact and the lights contact The brown and red harness wires in the Curt harness required a reversal. Was about to swap the red and brown wire pins in the Curt harness but then decided to cut the two wires leading to the Curt module and then butt spliced the red to the brown, & brown to red. All works good now.

Tried to return a bike rack that was too heavy, they want me to pay return shipping cost more than the item!

Nice and user friendly, and didn't cost an arm and a leg. The sales rep I spoke with was very helpful. He was very patient with my questions about ordering the correct item. Item was delivered a few days later. It was exactly what I needed. Thank you

Your video claimed that the Monster LED bulb 921 would be suitable to replace Heng JRP1007B. It came close but is too thick for the receptacle. Unable to use. Wasted my money.
