Finding the right trailer hitch, fit for my car, purchase process and free shipping. Can't beat that! My install was definitely 10/10 on the difficulty level, but the video on the etrailer website was super helpful otherwise I would never have attempted it. The packaging arrived in pristine condition and the quality of the stealth hitch is second to none. I will probably leave it on the car when I sell it because the installation was so difficult, so the next owner of the vehicle lucked out.
We needed some septic extenders and they came very quickly and the price was much better than anyone else.

I have no issues with the hitch but it was a day late and we needed it to take our bicycles with us on vacation. I was told 2 day delivery and it actually took 3 which still is not bad at all but unfortunately I have to return it because that day given was crucial to my order. I was able to get a hitch directly through our Mazda dealer that day and still take our bicycles.
