Broke my Rhino Rack wind faring. Placed the order and it was shipped within thr next few days. Coukd not ask for a better turn around.
Shopping at etrailer is easy with fast shipping. I was a bit disappointed that the bearings were simply placed in an envelope with no padding or protection. They had some light rusting noted and were rubbing against each other in the bag. Nothing to warrant return or replacement, but not a good way to ship bearings.
This was my second experience with E-Trailer. Again, it was easy to identify the components required for my vehicle. Pricing was less than Amazon and way, way less than the quote from my Subaru dealer. Everything arrived as promised and the install by my local hitch shop was flawless. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Their vehicle specific install videos are free and very helpful!

They used usps for shipping. Go ahead and pay the difference for ups, it's worth it. My package got lost in usps transit for a month! Etrailer.com was very helpful and I'm sure it's a great product.
All I needed was the end piece of the lens but had to buy the entire light unit to get that piece. I only used the end piece and now I have the whole unit, minus the lens. If I was able to order just the lens, I couldn't figure out how using your website.
