Shipping was super fast. The wiring for the hitch lights was a little strenuous and the installation was more involved than expected (we had to remove the bumper fully), but once it was installed it looked great. Only concern is the hitch receiver we received had some heavy scratches on the metal. This was an area that would be against the car and not visible though, so it wasn't a huge issue.
