I just wanted 1 pack of axle u-bolts and brackets which showed included 2 brackets and 4 u-bolts.
Somehow when I selected the 1 pack, 2 packs were shipped & billed?
I think it automatically increased my 1 pack order to 2 packs?
I would like to return the extra pack so I will work on that tomorrow.

I had my doubts since the product wasn't from THULE, but I gave it a go since all the reviews were positive. I pressured washed my car and with the crossbars. One of the weather strips flew off during a highway drive and from there… nothing but an annoying whistle. After countless research and obviously price fairness I went with these guys. Received the package quick! And install was a breeze. I appreciate this company for carrying the strip at a decent price.

Etrailer nearly always gets our order to us withing 2 or 3 days and so far it's always correct. I've had them call if there is a problem with an item getting to us on time and suggest a substitute that would arrive sooner.
I ordered a hitch receiver and hitch. It was a huge box and weighed 70lbs. The shipping was free and I had it within 3 days which is just crazy to me. I have never had a bad experience with e-trailer, they are professional fast and reliable. I go to them for anything for my trailer.

But I'll give a 5 review for Robin because he took the time to find out and understand what I was looking for and acknowledged that it was not something etrailer had and didn't try to upsell something I wasn't looking for. I appreciate the honesty and straightforward help I received. Sure I wish I could have found the part I need but I still left with a positive experience. Thanks Robin for the help
