Shipping was quick. Installation is not for a first timer. The wiring instructions are not clear and exact so if your not familiar with electrical work have a professional do it. The unit does not come with screws to mount, the instructions tell you to use a #8 pan head screw which is to small you should really use a #12 or #14. Overall the instructions could be better. But the overall customer service and shipping was excellent for us. We used the unit over the weekend pretty hard and we had hot water with no gaps.
It was too easy. Found what I wanted; price checked it against other suppliers, and it was the best price. Took delivery, which was very fast. Everything arrived safe and sound with all parts intact and packaged to avoid damage. Installed them the next night… it was too easy.

Had trouble finding a lock that would fit my RV. The one I ordered was the only similar product I could find. I placed and order, and paid for express shipping. With in 30 minutes I got a call letting me know that they couldn't express ship to a PO box. They refunded me the shipping and help set me up for regular shipping to my PO box. They got the item packaged up quick and I received it within the week. Awesome service!
Needed a metric to standard tee for a Chevy motorhome Brakemaster installation. Part arrived quickly and was able to finish the installation.

I did in fact order a wrong size and they changed it to the correct without issue. Other companies would have shipped as ordered. This was excellent service by etrailer.
