I ordered a new vent cover for my travel trailer that was kind of a hard to find one, and was happy to receive it so fast!
So when it was received the hitch was breaking thru the box in 3 or 4 different locations. The extra items in the box were fastened securely and did not fall out of the box. The hitch had two location where paint was chipped off that I touched up before installing. This hitch had two zip ties in a bag to use instead of the original fasteners because the fasteners no longer fit. The zip ties would not fit thru the holes or around the hitch so I had to use my own zip ties. The install video on Etrailers website was fantastic and very helpful. The install time was much more than the the other hitches due to having to remove the bumper, but this I assume is why it carries more load than the competitors hitches. It does seem like a solid product.
Called to get a replacement part for my sturgi stay and was told that the part was not available so i had to buy a new complete unit. That sucks.

I bought this product, a 55 w converter for my 2001 motorhome, which had a 45 watt converter in it. It was an exact replacement. I went by just the pictures in the wattage from e trailers. Works perfectly thank you so much.

Good tech support...but i cant believe anyone wod wire something like this. It will work but extra connection/failure points, seems really poorly thought ouy. Wish i had not ordered pkg, just actuator and adapter. Wasted $$
