Nobody likes calling Customer Service for an issue with their order but I had trouble placing the order in the beginning. Always have what I need! Tires and wheels were great. As I specified earlier, your packing and shipping could use some training! The center caps and the lug nuts were shipped in the same box, loose, with no packing to separate them! It sounded like a bucket of bolts when I received it. All the lug nuts were loose and rattling around. Luckily, they did not damage the center caps. Lucky save there on your part. That is why the three star rating was given. Much unlike the order I got from you a year ago.

Really straightforward website, and buying the trailer hitch was simple, but it arrived in a box that was torn to pieces. No damage or missing parts luckily, but never had a box get delivered in worse shape
