Easy ordering experience followed by pretty quick shipping… And then… the box arrived empty. Between the single layer of tape holding a 20lb chunk of steel in and USPS's skillful gentle handling, a tragedy was all but inevitable. However, I called e trailer pretty angry when Brittany deflated my anger very quickly by listening closely to the issues. Some email exchanges and a concise conversation later and a new order was in the works. Thanks to everyone involved and especially Brittany who listened so closely and to Justin who packaged my second hitch with care witch arrived safe and sound.
P.S. I do love the additional details of the names of people who take part in my orders and will most definitely be ordering from your store again.

I loved the fact that when I was looking through the website before I made my purchase I was able to see a technician working with my year make and model vehicle so I could see what I was getting myself into.
When I received my product the instructions were the same way, down to the exact parts and locations of panels that had to be removed.
All that sent emails and notes were great. The shipping was not great and missing items, however Paula is already taking care of any and all issues. Wonderful company!
I've had to purchase a few diy solutions from etrailer with the Maxx fan electric motor now being it's second purchase in 2 years. Mfct. Date is always close to date of receiving but it would be nice if an upgraded maxxfan motor replacement existed as the motor has died both times after the same exact length of time has passed.
