Best place to buy a trailer hitch. It was reasonably priced. The website is easy to navigate and I received the hitch in 3 days.
I purchased a trailer hitch and bike rack for my son's 2022 Kia Sorento. We installed the hitch and assembled the rack following the etrailer videos. It was easy, and everything is now working as advertised.
Some alterations need to be made because the idiots at Highland Ridge welded additional pieces to make it work.
It came as described. I just recited it so I can't give any long term reviews. Out of the box it seems to be of good quality.
After ordering a hitch, I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I called the Customer Service; they were able to cancel the existing order and re-order the correct part for me.
I installed the hitch myself, having installed hitches onto other vehicles previously. This was a considerably more complicated insulation as it involved removal, Modification and reinstallation of several body panels. The printed instructions were a little unclear, and especially the black-and-white photographs were not very helpful. I also found the attached video online, which was helpful, although it was actually for a slightly different model, so had to improvise a little bit with the instructions. Overall, it probably took me about four hours to install the hitch. I'm satisfied with the final result.
