Shopping with E-Trailer was an overall good experience. The descriptions on their website and the access to the pdf instructions prior to placing the order gave me confidence that I would receive the correct parts. Once the order was placed, I was very impressed with the almost immediate email order conformation and tracking information for my order. The parts were in stock and arrived much sooner than I expected. I have not had the opportunity to install these on my vehicle yet, but the parts arrived in good condition packaged properly to prevent any damage and came with simple to understand instructions and templates with colored pictures showing the model vehicle I purchased them for. The only issue I had with the website was finding the car side quick disconnect brackets. Partially my fault for not knowing the correct name for them. It was only because of my past experience with the tow bar I have that I knew I needed them. I made several search query's trying to find them on your website. It would be helpful for the website to make suggestions of parts needed for each application. List recommended items with this purchase, or parts others have purchased with these items. Of all the recommended parts that did pop up, the brackets I needed, part # RM-222 never auto populated. I had to keep digging until I finally found them. Still an overall good experience. I hope the install goes as easily as it appears.

I had just finished having my boat trailer completely re-done.
Second time putting boat in, came to get trailer and seen the identifier light that is in lower middle, had been backed in to and broke it in half.

This hitch is etrailer brand and seems heavier duty than the youhall one I got for another car. Installation video was great but you definitely need a second person to hold it up while securing nuts. Delivered quickly and with everything in the box.

I compromised on this order. I was looking for a 15" tongue channel, but some reviews indicated widths weren't exactly as specified and I was concerned about getting the correct lunette ring to fit the channel, so I settled for a 12" channel that came with the matching lunette ring rated for the weight range I was looking for.

As a result of terrible packing my order arrived damaged and with parts missing. E-trailer was notified and sent the missing parts, but i had to repair the damage and was delayed another 4 days causing me not to be able to use the trailer for a planned trip. They have a document showing how to make the repair so it must happen often, maybe packing so the parts survive would be better!
