Tire has a manufacturing date of 4321 which is 17 Oct 2021. I received the tire 16 June 2024. This equates to a 2yr 8 months old tire before even being put to use. Average usable life for a high speed trailer tire is 5-6 years at best so 1/2 the life is gone irregardless of tread wear.
Customer service did offer to replace it but with no guarantee the replacement would be any newer. So just be aware.

I ordered the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" for my 2012 Honda Odyssey. It was a bit of a difficult install due to the rust built up in threaded holes in the frame. Once I was able to get them cleaned out the hitch installed neatly with the hardware provided by Draw-Tite.
The product page was descriptive and informative for the Tekonsha P3 Brake Controller. Delivery options were sufficient and the order page worked well. Received the product in specified amount of time and product was as described. Product took longer to install due to my lack of knowledge, but after install product worked perfectly.
Great experience was told who handled my order. Who shipped my package and when it would come. Great experience will use again if needed. 👌

Etrailer should update their online ad and the customer responses (which I utilized to understand what to buy initially) to include the statement that the customer buying an Advent AC unit to replace a Dometic AC must have a control box for each unit. Additionally, if they have a multiple-zone system, with only one control box, that they will need to purchase a control box (which comes with its own thermostat) to run separately from the original system. Having this information before the purchase would have allowed me a smoother experience without experiencing 3 days without AC while awaiting the control box to be delivered from a later purchase. The devil is in the details but you guys could really help people by providing this information upfront.

When I opened my initial order it was missing the Ballmount Class III 2" Drop 9" Long W/ Pin And Clip. Contacted E-Trailer immediately and was told they would send the missing parts that day, which they did. They were very professional and courteous. However, it took another 5 days of shipping to get my total order delivered. Don't feel their shipping/packing QA works very well.
