Hitch is very well design and constructed. Instructions are correct but minimal. Online videos are useful. Shipping was marginal - 3 rips/holes in the box. Parts bag was torn and leaking washers

I ordered a blue ox wdh for a trip after I purchased a new truck that didn't handle my camper as well as the previous one. Trip was a couple weeks away, and the hitch was supposed to arrive in 3 days. After the3 days tracking said package delivered, but was no where to be found. Called etrailer and they submitted a lost package claim and sent a replacement. The replacement arrived in 3 days. I started to set it up and realized there were parts missing. Called etrailer again and they again sent a replacement. This one arrived after we returned from our trip.

Wiring harness install went well, but one issue was that the Green wire could have been 12" longer. The installation video certainly had a much longer Green wire for the Right Turn Signal. I had to find the shortest path to the right light to have enough wire.

I ordered the hitch and when it arrived the box was empty. It had been locked in our mail locker, so I'm not sure what happened. I took pictures and emailed them. They quickly responded and said another one would be shipped out the next day! It arrived before my camping trip and worked great for my kids bikes.
