Trailer hubs were loose in the shipping box, not wrapped with paper or bubbles. That's not the way to ship items!

Great site, very easy to use. My only complaint was when I was shopping the website listed a Wednesday delivery. Once I placed my order, it gave me a Thursday delivery. The product wasn't delivered until Friday. I understand the second change was due to UPS

With the vehicle specific wiring harness installation was about 1/2 hour. With drilling the control knob I to place and mounting the actual control box under the dash was pretty straight forward. Simple Installation for anyone whos handy. Extremely fast shipping too. Statsified so far!
I was fortunate to find my bike rack at etrailer as the manufacturer was out of stock. I needed the rack for an event on a Thursday, ordered on a Saturday night and etrailer was able to deliver the following Wednesday.
Replacing a powered car harness for trailer brakes. This one has wires that need to be fed up the back panels to the existing tail lights which were much shorter than the one I was replacing. The short wire to the passenger rear light assembly limited the placement choices for the control box.
