Everything went relatively well. I hope the quality of the product holds up to their testimony as well as the product arriving on established delivery date.

It looks nice once attached and sits just below the bumper. A lift or ramp and a second person are recommended to put on the hitch. The packaging of the product was pretty poor. The arms that attach to the frame of the vehicle had ripped through the box and were sticking outside it when it arrived. The hitch was not secured in place within the box and was free to move around and get scratched & dinged up. That's really my only complaint.

Very simple and easy! The video explanation was great. Also everything we needed to complete the it was as with us.

The product is made for the DYI'er in mind. It can be done by a single person but, an extra set of hands makes the initial fitting/placement much less stressfull.

Helpful to watch video for mounting rack. A brief video showing assembly would have taken out some of the guesswork as pictures were not helpful in identifying where cable ends were attached to frame.

I needed a replacement part for a trailer that I purchased a few years back. I found exactly what I needed and somehow it arrived a day and a half later.

In installing, found the hitch was bent, warped, sprung, had to have a machine shop fix it to be able to fit the car, the directions were screwed up, for reinstalling the cover plates, totally wrong compared to the actual car. The situation cost me a hundred $$$ to fix, better than sending it back and having the problem occur again. Its on the car and functions properly. Thank you.

The whole buying and support experience is fantastic. From the videos that attempt to go beyond what even some manufacturers put out to the shipping and tracking communication. There are lots of online vendors out there and its clear etrailer recognizes that and doing a bang up job of setting themselves apart.

They notified me the hitch I ordered was on back order and provided me an alternative. I communicated with them at night and over the weekend. They were very responsive and I got free next day shipping! The product is really sturdy and the video instructions online were perfect. I wish they had a better template to cut out the bumper but I made it work. Overall great service and price.

I ordered this product through the manufacturer and waited for 6weeks and didn't hear a thing. It never even shipped nothing! Finally I said forget this, ordered the exact same product through etrailer paid and called the manufacturer to cancel my order. As I'm going through representatives level by level for nearly 2 hours. I'm on hold and my phone dings for a new email from etrailer. It's the shipping email…what this can't be right. I read it again. They have already processed and shipped before I could cancel the order with the manufacturer. From now on if I need anything I'm going through etrailer.
