The order process was uneventful. I have not received the product yet however I am looking forward to reciept and install. The product option is very welcomed. The competitors did not have a rack to fit the vehicle I inherited-a 2009 PT Crusier.
I received my product and while I wouldn't recommend doing so, I installed the rack in the dark due to my work schedule and desire to install the rails. The installation was remarkably simple with a head lamp. It took me very little time, and while I needed to adjust the default settings for my vehicle, it was easily accomplished with the details provided.
When package arrived, a day late I might add, most the parts were missing. I have been working to get the parts I ordered but it has been a challenge. As if this review, I still have not received my parts.
The hitch was easy to put on. At first it seemed a little intimidating to pull off the back clip of my wife's Subaru, but it really was a piece of cake.
Can't believe how quick I got it. Wiring harness connectors didn't fit my vehicle but I think I ordered it wrong. Hitch receiver was perfect and included all of the right hardware. Instructions were good
Great fit and finish. Easy install. Also installed the seven pin plug from curt. The only I will say is make sure you order a mount for the seven pin. It doesn't come with one.
I have made several orders from Etrailer and they have always be exceptional orders have always been on time and exactly what I thought I should be getting. Descriptions of parts were clear and accurate. I will continue to order from Etrailer when I need trailer or towing parts they always have the best prices and customer support is I need any kind of help install the new part.

Used the online chat and a lady helped give me some options for a HD hitch that would fit my old farm truck. I found a really nice Curt hitch, and it IS HEAVY DUTY. Ordered and received two days later!

We ordered parts for our range vent fan and motor. If not for this website, I may never have figured out the brand (there were no markings on the hood). The website's thorough descriptions made it easy to find what we needed and our order was shipped and arrived quickly and on time.
Great product but I had to go through pages and pages before "by chance" I found the lights that were immersible and did all the stuff as running lights, brake lights, directional that are required by a trailer for a jet ski. And that category only had a few (that worked!). Thanks.
