Had the rack we needed ready to ship. Shipped within hours. I was impressed! Called to confirm when rack would be delivered because we are traveling. Luckily we extended our stay. It was supposed to arrive Friday and didn't arrive until Monday afternoon. Also wish the instructions were easier to follow.

The installation video on etrailer's WEB site was great. Our RV trip was coming up quick. From the video, I was able to prep the chassis (which isn't that much) for installation prior to receiving the receiver. Luckily, the receiver was received at the promised time and I was able to install it before the trip. The hitch installation itself was simple enough. The toughest part was getting the undercarriage plastic covers trimmed out properly to fit around the hitch and screwed back in. The front panel screws are short so it's tough to push the panel around the receiver and get the screws started. Plus they seem to be a one time use screw as they appeared to be slightly stripped. Once I decided to replace front screws with longer self tapping screws, it went quick. Moving the front license plate holder over to the side was simple.

Received my B&W plug in a timely fashion. Fits perfectly. Just what I needed. Always love using etrailer and their vast selections.

Called in the ask about upgrading my leaf springs since I had upgraded axles on the RV. Listened, explained, took their time. Great experience.

I spoke to a customer service representative about a front-mount hitch. I explained that my RV is a 2017 30D Four Winds / Ford E450.

Easy process to match hitch with my vehicle. Installation was straightforward. Hitch is a great fit and hidden pretty well.

Etrailer was the least expensive and I received my two speakers in two days.

Order and delivery were fast and efficient with good communication along the way. Box was pretty beat up when delivered but fortunately the contents were undamaged. The website installation video mentioned that the instructions that came with the hitch would have some directions for users that had a hands free tailgate but I did not find any mention in the instructions provided. Pictures in the instructions were not very clear. Had to look through YouTube videos and try to figure it out. Added considerable time to the install. I did get it installed and the handsfree sensor is working with no additional hardware. Overall a great place to purchase a hitch from.

The order process was uneventful. I have not received the product yet however I am looking forward to reciept and install. The product option is very welcomed. The competitors did not have a rack to fit the vehicle I inherited-a 2009 PT Crusier.

I received my product and while I wouldn't recommend doing so, I installed the rack in the dark due to my work schedule and desire to install the rails. The installation was remarkably simple with a head lamp. It took me very little time, and while I needed to adjust the default settings for my vehicle, it was easily accomplished with the details provided.
