Have bought three hitches from etrailer and always have a good experience. Parts and Instructions are really well done.

The on/off valve for my RV On The Go water softener failed. It blew off under pressure presumably because the plastic stretched and could no longer take the pressure.
So I ordered the exact replacement. First one lasted 4 years so no need at the moment to upgrade to brass as several others have done. Maybe next time.

I purchased the Torklift Load Stabilizers after doing a lot of research. I picked them over airbags for reduced cost of equipment and installation and increased reliability/mechanical simplicity. I also liked that they are easily engaged/disengaged, as I don't always have a load. I drive a 2017 Silverado 1500 LT Crew Cab 2WD 5.3L V8 - it is one of the packages with the lower rear differential for towing heaver loads. Our 34' travel trailer loaded for family vacation with a full cab and truck bed, puts us around 85-90% GCWR. We drove from Houston to Colorado last year without the stabilizers and fought sway and porpoising the whole way. This year, we drove to the Ozarks after adding the stabilizers and it was a huge improvement. Unless we were behind a big car hauler rig, or driving through the early waves of Hurricane Beryl, the porpoising and sway were non-existent, and I only felt the load of the trailer. Took me about 45 minutes to assemble and install after watching the videos on line. I called Torklift customer service to ask them to look at pics and confirm my installation was good - they were great. ETrailer got the shipment right, safely packaged and ontime, and their online menu to select the right model for my truck was easy and accurate. Great purchase and support from both suppliers.

The toilet arrived well packed and intact, but it arrived a day later than the website had given for a delivery date. Time was essential, since it was a toilet for a RV and I ordered from etrailer because of the early delivery date given on the website. The actual delivery was not until late evening, but that was a carrier issue and not etrailers accountability. I should have went to the UPS center and picked the package up. I usually get an early delivery with UPS, but not on this item, for whatever reason.

Etrailer website guided me to buy only one wire for my hitch. The highlander requires 2 wires, but etrailer forced me to buy the first wire again to obtain the 2nd wire. Not fair.

There was tremendous sales service from the sales person and manager Carol C. I will use E trailer again, mostly because of her concern for my order and punctual communication

I recently misplaced my Thule Aero Bar Torque tool and needed a replacement. Etrailer had what I needed and was able to ship it timely for me to add my bars before my trip.
