I ordered a new Curt trailer hitch, which arrived in a heavily damaged original box contained in another box to hold it together. The hitch components were unwrapped and the plastic bags containing the pins and fasteners had previously been opened. ETrailer offered a $50 credit.
Exactly the parts I needed for my RV. The items were priced within reason and they had it in stock and it was shipped the next day

It serves its purpose, but was not the right fit. Fortunately I still had the proper fit (end) from my previous air line. Too expensive for no more than what it is. Plastic hose is too flimsy and easily broken

The shipping carrier either didn't give a crap about the product they were hauling, or they packed my hitch in a busted up box. Not happy with how my hitch arrived, already scuffed up in a few places. Not to mention, a missing bolt to my trailer plug mount. Guessing it fell out of one of the boxes many holes during shipment.
