Easy peasy, great website. It was very easy for me to order the correct parts. Unfortunately somebody in the Distribution Center picked/packed/shipped the wrong part to me. But Customer Support folks expedited the correct part to me. This was the 3rd or 4th Order I paced with eTrailer over the past couple years--never had a mistake/misship before. I could not have asked for a better response after the initial error was made. I would definitely order from eTrailer again without even considering any other source.

My tarp pole has a round rubber bottom. But it shifts also, so I thought this product would be the answer to my problem. However my pole fits the inner side threads of the cap which can't be screwed on the pole upside down nor is there an attachment for my pole size. The attachments are too small that comes with it. So they need to include an attachment for my pole which is the measurement of the cap inward. It seems like just a little adjustment is needed to solve my problem to keep the poles straight.

I'm hoping everything works out I still haven't found time to get it put together. I'll let you know when I do. It looks exactly like the part I needed. I'm still shocked by the price of the two little washers for $28 a piece. That's just not right.

Very easy installation. Solid quality design and material. Worth the money.

The installation takes some time, and as other reviewers have said the button head allen 7/32 bolt heads fit flush to the skin of the inside of truck, use whatever is good for you to torque them in, allen key was what i used. I found that if you leave the supports loose while you set the top crossbar in place it goes faster. Hope it helps.
