Not my first order from Etrailer and definitely won't be my last! Great service all around.

Fast shipping, easy install. Receiver hitch fit well with clear instructions and great install video. Vehicle ramps made a world of difference with all the crawling around underneath.

I was able to do a complete install of flat tow package (Blue Ox baseplate, Demco brake system, brake lights, battery charge) using the videos from etrailer.

Ordered a new cover and had it delivered to my brother's workplace. No problems at all, thanks!

Box was beat to h_ll as many reviewers had described. But the hitch did not have a scratch on it and all measurements appeared to be within tolerances. I do not expect any install issues.

The highly detailed photos and product descriptions ensured I ordered the correct product the first time. Shipping was also VERY fast. The new LED boat trailer lights are brighter than the originals and install was a breeze.

The top half of my fifth wheel hitch shipped UPS and arrived one day before it was supposed to. I waited two more days and finally emailed the company only to find out the bottom half had to come by truck because of shipping weight. I wish you trailer would have told me this at the time of purchase. The bottom half didn't get here until 4 days later and then the trucking company failed to schedule a drop off time and showed up at the farm(shipping address but not my residence) at 6:00 a.m. I felt bad for the truck driver having to sit and wait on me but I guess they should have scheduled a drop off time. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience but it should have been a lot smoother.
