I have sent two messages inquiring about trailer brakes. The first one the system told me there was an average response time of one hour. Four hours later, I still hadn't heard back. The second, the system said there was a two hour response average. It has been three hours and I have STILL not gotten a response from anyone.
I have placed an order, primarily on advice from a friend why has had experience with trailer brakes, and not the advice from anyone at etrailer, as I still have not gotten a response. Hopefully, this doesn't continue, and I can receive information and advice from the staff in the future.

Update, parts arrived very quickly! Faster than expected, and originally estimated. Looked like a couple of packages had a rough ride as one of the boxes of backing plates were broken open. All the parts were there, the adjusters on a couple had bounced out of place. One of the adjusters in the box that wasn't broken open had also bounced out of place.
I am quite pleased with the speed at which the parts arrived and the prices.

Bought a 15' Solara Shade and I have a 15' awning was expecting a perfect fit but was about 2" too long and now it bunches up when I retract awning.

I didn't find the keys I was looking that easily. I eventually found after I did an internet search rather than using the search on the vendor site.

The instructions could be updated as I didn't need to trim the facia and I wad also able to keep the full size spare.

Unit seems to be working great so far, just installed the past weekend. However the unit did have some dents on the outer shell, possibly from shipping.

The receiver was shipped to me in a perfectly intact box and all seemed well. However, I could not get it to fit on my 2015 Sienna. It seemed that at least one arm of the receiver was bent inwards almost an inch, and it simply would not line up with my frame's weld nuts no matter what I did. ETrailer could not provide me with dimensions that would help me verify how far out of tolerance the receiver was, but told me I was free to bend the receiver arms to get it to fit.

I inquired as to whether eTrailer would still replace the receiver if I performed this mod and cracked a weld, and I was not given a reassuring reply, rather I was told I could still send it back for replacement prior to attempting the bend. I opted to perform the surgery and take my chances, as there was no guarantee the next unit would be any better.

Given the good condition of the box and shipping supports, this seems to be a case of bad manufacturing rather than bad shipping. The arms are made of at least 3/8" steel plate, and bending that chunk of metal simply by dropping it would surely destroy the box as well.

I got it to fit and all seems well so far, but buyer beware.
