Easy install. Works great. Nice one stop shop. As brake controllers I could find locally in stores, but not the correct wiring harness for my pickup.

Long story had an order put together with the help of Etrailer staff, the day i was ready to place the order the trailer was stolen, and they canceled the order with no problems.
Picked up an axle to build a new trailer and needed some parts got the order together and sent it in then found out i only had four days to get the trailer build, and had to cancel aging. Had seen the tail lift help bar so ordered it and recived it faster then i had thought it would come.
All in all did not talk with any one at E Trailer that did not have a good attitude. Very one i spoke with was very helpful.

I had a bit of trouble finding the right parts for what I needed for my ARE truck cap. I purchased the cap with the tracks, knowing I'd want to add a rack in the future. I purchased the towers and HD bars. The hardest part was figuring out what part(s) I'd need to make these work together. I ended up purchasing the adapters, which fortunately ended up being exactly what I needed.

Bought my tow hitch kit and it was very easier finding the right one for me. I have not yet installed but will update review after installing on my own. All my research leads me to believe this will be fairly simple to install.

Everything went well. I am by no means an electrician, but I was able to remove the old and put in the new without any problems. The new unit is working great and has fully charged my batteries.
