ETrailer had the exact replacement bumper that I needed! Great product and perfect fit on my Lance 1685! I love the glossy black finish on my new bumper. After we had an individual back into the original bumper on our Lance 1685, Lance Customer Service would not give me a quote on replacing the bumper and eTrailer provided me with what I needed.

Finding what I needed was easy with the tools provided on the website. The order was well tracked and easy to check in on. The unit seems to work well so far. However, it was slightly damaged during shipping and had to be "adjusted" slightly in spots to get it to run.
I ordered the air lift 7500 lb bags. Nice looking product and has pretty powder coating but almost every part in the kit looked like it was drug behind the trailer and not inside. It's unfortunate because they could have been pretty pieces but the powdercoating was completely trashed. I hope it doesn't rust out. Really piss poor packaging.
