Got what I ordered and the install went well and it worked good
I purchased a rhino Rack several years ago And it was wonderful and did the trick. Had to buy a new car so I reached out to the trailer for advice. Ask whether I could use the same kayak rack with the new car. They were extremely helpful and advised me regarding what I needed and it was shipped promptly.
Product was as advertised. Lots of pics and good videos. Follow up was beyond.

I ordered trailer wiring for a Hyundai Tuscon. The first order came missing a fuse. I received a complete wiring set with fuse after I called. Wasnt expecting that and I am highly satisfied.
I think that etrailer is fantastic. I've ordered several times and every time ive been happy with everything. Products are quality, delivered very quickly and ordering is also super easy.
I ordered 4 stabilizers for my camp trailer and were delivered in a timely manner.Upon receiving them from ups which came in two separate shipments.The first box was large box with small box inside. The sides and both ends of box were destroyed because of movement allowed within large box.The second came in a smaller box.It had been taped and strapped so contents weren't destroyed.In the end I got the stabilizers welded and have yet to try them out.

We needed a replacement part for the jacks on our Itasca motorhome. You had exactly what we needed. The part was easy to install and worked perfectly. The only downside was standard shipping would come on the 12th no weekends and expedited would come on the 9th. Expedited came on the 11th which was in time for our next trip but certainly later then we expected. Since we left on the 13th we were glad we chose the expedited.
One side is easier to install then the other with the safety break but it was all good love it
