It fit as described. I would recommend that before you put the hitch in place run the bolts into the frame. My new truck had paint in the threads so a few were hard to get started. Other than that it was a 40 minute install from my garage floor.
UPS messed up with delivery and Lauren stayed on top of it and communicated with me and got my order to me.

I received the hitch within the timeline described and it is in perfect condition ready to be installed. This is my second purchase with this company and I am very satisfied.
I ordered easily and got confirmation. The UPS tracking system was hacked so I got a spam message about tracking my package. But e-trailer responded right away to confirm my package was fine and on its way. Delivery what right on time and product was exactly as described. Yeah!

The hitch I ordered was delivered incredibly fast in excellent condition and exactly as it was shown.
We needed to replace an axle on our car trailer. We looked locally for a source but we're unable to locate one. We looked online and found many options. We settled on etrailer because their pricing was competitive and shipping was free.
Our axle arrived promptly and it was exactly as described. Because of the superior quality and rapid shipping we were able to install it the same afternoon it arrived. It allowed us to be back on the road quickly and smoothly.

Etrailer has an amazing selection and customer service is prompt and helpful. Although even though its probably my fault for not checking first, but I had to make a return. No problem with the return except be careful of the return policy. Returns are not free, and you'll probably loose money on the restocking fee as well.
Site is easy to use and find the correct part. My 2014 ford explorer trailer wiring harness had broken wires and created a problem with the rear backup sensors. Installing a new harness resolved my issues. Thanks
