Great lined right up, and the videos on how to were really helpful.

One of the rear stabilizer legs wouldn't go up or down. Did some troubleshooting and purchased a new motor & sensor. Installed it and the leg works again. Don't forget to HOME the new unit.

This item was difficult to find, but etraiiler had item in stock at a reasonable price and delivery time.

I ordered my Gooseneck style tailgate on a Sunday afternoon. I received notification on Monday morning that it had been shipped. I received it on Wednesday morning. I had it on my truck within a half an hour. Easy instillation. Fit is good. Only had a small issue with the latch system. Could not get it to latch, had to pull both rings back, push and release at the same time to get it to latch shut. The latch mechanism was sticking to far over the existing pin to push shut. My son and I cured the problem by putting 5 stainless steel washers between the pull rings and latch housing. It held the latch striker back about 1/4 inch thereby allowing latch to strike the pin on the latch angle. Now I just push closed like a regular tailgate. The instructions sheet was also rather vague on installation. Otherwise it is a good tailgate for the cost. I am pleased with Etrailers fast service. Would buy from them again.

I bought and installed this B&W gooseneck hitch on my 2023 Ford F250 by myself in about 4 hours in my gravel driveway. The included directions werent bad, however I referred to B&W's YouTube install video and it was easy to follow. The hitch works great, turnover ball is awesome. This is my 2nd purchase of the same product for my second truck. I'll buy the same thing again from here next time as well. I'm a happy customer start to finish.

Only thing different I would have drove to Marshall and picked it up.
