I ordered 3 tires and rims - 12" 4 holes in chrome. The purchase was easy, product shipping was great. I'm not that please that one of the rims seemed pocked-marked, perhaps a not-so-good chrome job, to a degree that made me not that happy. I will use that one as my spare, but all in all, I think I will keep e-trailer as a go to for my needs.
My experience with etrailer was excellent. The people I dealt with was knowledgeable, patient and pleasant to deal with. I paid to have my order overnighted on a Thursday but the order did not show up until the following Wednesday. I contacted etrailer and Alex dealt with the issue very quickly and credited me back the overnight charge. He told me that it was still coming overnight (on Monday call) but it didn't show up until Wednesday. I don't blame etrailer for that since it was in UPS Hands but hope you didn't pay for overnight when it wasn't. Not sure why it didn't at least get packed by etrailer until Sunday, but I am pleased with the order.

I live in way in Bermuda. Needed a trailer hitch they had it in stock. Issues with payment on my end were sorted by staff and easier ways of payment were clearly explained. Parts arrived at said date. Thanks

The hitch was delivered in poor shape. Box was broken open and part of hitch protruding and showing superficial damage. I guess it is hard to ship a heavy metal item in a carboard box. The hitch fitted great and superficial damage is not really an issue because it is out of sight under the car.
Always good experience at etrailer. The only hiccup was delivery. I paid through the nose for next day delivery. It took 2 days. If I knew "next day" was going to be 2 days, I would like paid for 2 day which was $100 less. Ugh. But I got the parts.
