Received the item without the assembly hardware; contacted Customer Service and got an immediate response and some new hardware shipped in 2 days, received in 4 days. Relatively small inconvenience, but the etrailer.com team got it fixed!
When using PayPal, your system does not consider that some of us live in gated communities and have separate mailing and physical street addresses. USPS does not deliver to a street address and UPS/FEDEX/other delivery services cannot deliver to the mailing address.

Finding the hitch on the website was fairly easy. Ordering was easy. I haven't installed yet but the install video looks straight forward and easy to follow.
