Easy shopping but fender was metal instead of aluminum. Going have to put a coat of something on it so it will not rust. Other than that I'm pleased.

Received this e-bike loading ramp a couple of days after ordering it. The part was as described and a perfect fit for the Kuat piston pro. It makes loading 70 pound e-bikes a breeze
When I received the hitch, there were quite a few areas where the paint was chipping off. Pretty disappointing considered it was supposed to be power coated but I could not aford to wait to return it. I ended up repainting it myself to ensure it was not going to rust for my trip. I am sure e-trailer would have made it right but I did not have the time

This was my 3rd or 4th order with etrailer as I refit a used travel trailer I acquired recently. Etrailer product information is always detailed enough to enable me to find the part I need, with confidence. No small feat with travel trailers. Along with that I've found competitive pricing with good quality products, prompt shipping, and great follow up communication.
Ordering correct parts was easy as you can enter your vehicle info in and search for what will fit. Shipping was OK but packages had to be picked up at ups facility as it was on a tractor trailer and while they did call and ask if they could make it to my home, I advised them they couldn't make it with a semi and had to make arrangements to have the parts picked up as I was out of town.

Ordered a toilet for my RV due to good competitive pricing, as soon as it was ordered, received emails and response that my order was complete and on its way. When package came in found that toilet was damaged and shipping called after hours, but still got a phone call back even after hours shipped me a new toilet sent email with package return. Very fast and smooth transaction have not seen service like this in sometime A+ to the whole team at etrailer.

Purchased a front hitch for my 2019 RAM 2500 Cummins. I was a bit worried from the reviews whether it would arrive in tact, box was in okay condition with one hole but no damage to any of the contents. The installation was not easy, but straight forward. The hitch is great!
