Free delivery was fast; the trailer hitch fits beautifully; the Etrailer video made assembly a breeze.

I received the hitch for my XT5 very expeditiously. The bolts went into place easily without any drilling. I held the hitch in place with a jack stand and floor jack while I installed the nuts. A pocket knife will aid in holding the bolt while the nut is started. It all bolted into place beautifully. With the bumper cover installed you can't even tell it has a hitch unless you look under the car.

Videos and customer support is great.After watching the videos a couple times, I was able to install the kit with no problems.

I recently purchased Timbren bushings from Etrailers for my 2018 Honda Odyssey. We regularly load our Odyssey with luggage, bikes, and our two large dogs for long trips. The rear end used to sag and bottom out, causing the car to sway. However, since installing the Timbren bushings, the improvement is remarkable.

The round shipping tube was broken in half on the delivery truck. It appears all parts and hardware are intact, however have not yet installed.

Ordered 4 pin harness for ford bronco and paired with a 7 way adapter and it works incredible to tow my boat!

Etrailer is one of the easiest sites to shop and has many options to fulfill the customers needs.

When mounting the hitch to the front bumper it was very difficult to get it into position and was going to have to remove a front spring shackle to get it up. The problem that stopped it from getting it up into position were the tow rings that are welded to the lower part of the hitch so instead of undoing the whole suspension I used a torch and cut off one of the tow rings which allowed the hitch to easily slide into position. I bought the hitch to hold the weight of a generator and not to pull anything. After removing that ring it was a breeze to mount it up and use it for what I wanted it for.

New etrailer brakes were easy to install. Replaced original Dexter brakes. These brakes perform just like when the camper was brand new and are a lot cheaper than the Dexter brakes.

Good products, paid for 2nd day shipping and product stayed in a location for two days after the first day off shipping we did not receive it until the 6th day and we had to delay our repair at a repair facility as we had to provide parts.

Fast shipping. Arrived early. But box was damaged. Hopefully no issues.

Easy shopping but fender was metal instead of aluminum. Going have to put a coat of something on it so it will not rust. Other than that I'm pleased.
