The video was not quite accurate. Still very helpful. I have not been able to reach up and pull down the plug like in the video. I'll try again when I loosen up the rest of the panel.

Order acknowledgement and tracking 5 STAR. TForce shipper used for this order also 5 STAR with great customer service and scheduling. This order was for a BW 3270 Sliding Hitch Base at 210 lbs shipping weight. Delivered to our driveway on a pallet in excellent condition and ahead of scheduled delivery time. ETrailer support had confirmed that I could use my existing 3200 hitch head with this sliding base saving me about $300.

I needed a part that I had broke for a trailer harness I had purchased over a year ago. Customer service dug into purchasing records to find out what I had purchased and lined me up with the replacement part I needed.

Seems harder than it needs to be to search for parts "related" like a parking brake handle. I couldn't find it by searching the brakes section. I needed to google it, then add it to my cart from there. Couldn't find center caps for rims by looking in the rims section, or related to the rims I bought. Minor inconvenience, but frustrating.

Note: I order a "Modular Trailer Hitch" that can be adapted for use on most any vehicle. The Outer Brackets were only attached to the Horizontal Tube with a few turns of that thin cylophane wrapping material that is used by the meat department of a supermarket. The E-Trailer shipping label was "very loosly" attached to that central tape! (There is an excellent chance that some shipments will get lost due to a missing shipping label). You should secure the label with a couple runs of nylon strapping tape.

I've order plenty of parts from etrailer. First order was for an old uhaul style trailer where i upgraded the disk brakes and calipers along with the actuator. And my last 2 orders were a pair of drum brakes for my car hauler. No complaints yet! I did make a return once as well and the process was smooth as always. Deliveries are also fast. Thank you.

Part of the credit here goes to Subaru for putting mounting points on the Impreza frame so I didn't have to do any measuring of distance or securing of clamps, etc., but it took roughly an hour from opening the boxes of my Rhino Rack roof rack to having it fully installed. Most of the credit goes to eTrailer for putting together a package of exactly the needed parts and including instructions with all the needed measurements and directions to fit the rack to those mount points precisely and the first time.
The only step that was more challenging than your average IKEA table build was that some of the rubber T-track cover strips needed to be coaxed out of the rack body where they were stored for transit.
The instruction sheets provided by eTrailer were super clear and simple to follow - I didn't need to refer to the linked videos for this simple install but if I had I'm confident they would have been similarly helpful. I'm so happy I decided to DIY this instead of paying the dealer service department $600 for 40 minutes of work.
