Three expanding foam bags thrown into the bottom of the box is not enough. My wiring harness box broke open and the hitch punched through the box. Luckily nothing was lost.

I had been looking for years to find this part for my truck. I was told to google the maker and see if I could find the part. I did and I was led to etrailer where I purchased the part and it was delivered within one week.

Almost exact as original from Shore lander. Easy to navigate the web site.

Mounted up on my 1997 F350 in about an hour. Had to drill out some holes but none of them had to be drilled from scratch. I've had many Curt products and always very satisfied with them.

Pros:-Item arrived in timely manner.
Cons: packaging is not good at all, the box torn open in every corner and exposing the item in it. Although the item is made of metal and meant to gat beaten up? But if anything I would prefer to be one to do so, not the courier!

Very Professional. Speedy delivery. Great customer service. A bit pricey.

Hitch was priced well, shipped fast and arrived safe. No chips in the coating from shipping and handling. Very good communication. Included paper instructions from Draw-Tite were less helpful than the many videos available on the etrailer site, and there are full detail PDFs on the install on both retailer and Draw-Tite's sites. Install took about 2 hours, which is the estimated time for diy installers. Final product fits as expected with no surprises.

The box the trailer hitch receiver came in was damaged. I wasn't very concerned until I tried to install the hitch receiver and couldn't get my rear bumper installed. I discovered that the hitch receiver was bent out of place, and I'm assuming it's because of a lack protective packaging. I was able to bend it back into place with a mallet, but that's why you didn't earn 5 stars from me.

Everything but one thing was great. Product was very well made, great price for such a good product. The issue I had was the bolts. I cleaned the truck threaded holes,2023 so not dirty really. The bolts seemed like they were a hair to big? And to long. I know I wasn't cross threading them. Once I was able to get them to grab,1/4 inch in they were really tough to crank them in with a ratchet. Couldn't even get the two bottom bolts in. Only carrying two bicycles so no concerned. Will figure out after vacation. But that was the only issue, could have been truck, or bolts provided? But the hitch itself is awesome! Thank you
