Good heavy duty jeep tailgate hinges, works like they supposed to picked and shipped fast from warehouse but USPS was slow on delivery not trailer fault next time I ordered I will use another shipping method

I'm not in a huge hurry to install this thing, nobody wants to tear the $#*! end of a 70,000 car but I will be happy when I'm done. It will make my BMW much more useful for a third of what the stealership would charge

Unfortunately I had to return the hitch lock. The pin was too short. I did chat with Mike hoping to find an alternative, but we didn't find an option at this time.

I have always been very satisfied with etrailer products. The camera I bought for the RV was off the chart ridiculous. Customer service helped with this issue. After explaining to the installer it's a simple 12 V and ground connection, the price reduced to half. This 77 yr. Old lady was standing my ground.

My package was delivered quickly, but the box was heavily damaged and a piece was missing. Etrailer responded quickly and had the missing piece shipped out the same day. Very good customer service!

Purchased this carrier based upon the site reviews and comments. Product is exactly as described. Installation was simple. This is one of this items that you buy and hope you will never need. So far, very pleased with the product and service from e-trailer.

Trailer hitch was laughably packaged and completely torn out of the box on arrival and all scratched and dented. They gave me $25 back as a "sorry."

I ordered an item that was back ordered but it was shipped quick to my surprise. When I received the item it was not the model number I received. After researching the difference between what I ordered and what was received I found that the model number received will do what I needed it to. I not satisfied with what etrail had done but since every place on the internet showed the item I ordered on backordered and the need of the item I have made it work out. This isn't the first issue I've had with etrailer and might look at other vendors in the future.
