This was my 2nd purchase from etrailer. The installation videos help a lot. It helped me decided what to buy. I ordered the drawtite for my Subaru outback. It arrived in less than 5 days. I ordered a trailer hitch.When I received the box it was empty.I called customer service and they shipped out a replacement hitch the next day sent me a tracking number. I received it i. 3 days.Great job e-trailers
The first hitch they sent was poorly packaged, the box was closed around the hitch in a non-square shape. The corners of the hitch were breaking through the box in 6 places. Ultimately arrived too damaged to install and had to send it back.
Their customer service was great in sending me a replacement quickly.

I ordered a part and paid one day shipping, which was more than the part costed because we were leaving on Wednesday and needed the part by Tuesday. The part did not arrive on Tuesday. I called etrailer customer service and they refunded my shipping and the part came the next day. We didn't have an awning on our trip, but they made it right so I was ok with that.
Could have used better measurements to help assure me that I ordered the correct item, but I fugureds it out. Item was delivered quickly and fit perfectly.
