I submitted the order on the afternoon of 8/23. On 8/26 I received an email advising me that the full quantity of lenses that I ordered were not in stock. I replied that I was in no hurry for the lenses but that the U-bolts were critical. Late in the day I received an email asking if I would like one lense removed from the order. Apparently this was holding up shipping my U-bolts. I replied the following morning agreeing to the change. On the 29th I received confirmation of shipment but it was not in USPS hands until the next afternoon. My trailer was up on jacks in the back yard, the whole time, waiting for U-bolts. I was not happy about the long delay for shipping. And after all of this, the lenses that I ordered did not fi, which may not be etailer's fault but made the delayed shipment over lenses the more annoying.

Delivery was on time, directions were clear and the hitch tows the camper perfectly!

Hitch matched perfectly. But needed 6 bolts and only got 4. Instructions called for washers. It came with none.

Shipping and price wise are great now my problem is I have a bad vibration at between 40 and 50 miles per hour and I did not have that with my old tires I had emailed 3 days ago and I've still got no response back on what is the best thing I can do To remedy this issue

Looks like it will work better than the curt i was looking at and a video bonus. Plenty of slack to get the job done. Though I found a grommet in my trunk to fish the trailer plug instead of out the tailgate.

Accidentally order the wrong winch, I called the company and told them, and without a hitch they sent me a new one and sent out a return shipping label for a return. I love doing business with this company.

Original order placed for ac was showing in stock. Was contacted by etrailer to modify my order for one in stock and expedited shipment so after order modifications I was told my modified order wasn't in stock either and it will be 2 whole months before they could fill it. My camping season was ruined because of this screwup. I'm not a happy camper…
