The part we ordered was on backorder, so they contacted us, suggesting another part that would work just as well and for a little less money. Perfect. They also emailed us a little personal background on the customer service person we worked with...a rarity these days.

Very pleasant buying experience (the delivery was very fast... just a couple of days) and the installation was a breeze with the videos provided on the web site. My only recommendation is to use a vehicle lift to perform the install... it would be difficult to do it with floor jacks. Highly recommend this product!

Very simple and easy to find the hitch I need for my vehicle. It is built very well and a great addition to our Honda Pilot! Took less than 30 minutes to install.

The original cable had been damaged and was replaced with this cable. I really like the LEDs that let me know my connections are good. I would definitely recommend this cable as a replacement.

It was a quick and easy process, the item I needed was in stock and the free 2-day shipping was a nice bonus. It arrived in a box that had seen better days, not sure if the box was damaged prior to shipment, or if it was just UPS being UPS. Anyway, thankfully the hitch was not damaged and I was able to install it without any problems that were the fault of the hitch. I had to re-tap the one and only hole that was on the car that just needed a bolt screwed into it... of course, that's my luck... The rest of the installation was easy, I did it in my garage lying on my back, it's been about 40 years since I've crawled under a car, however, I saved a couple hundred dollars by doing it myself and buying the hitch from etrailer. They had the best price and availability around.

I ordered on a Friday. My confirmation email said the hitch would be delivered on Monday. I received the hitch on Wednesday, which wasn't a big deal to me. The packaging for the hitch wasn't very good. The box was all beat up and had holes in it when I received it. USPS had put tape on the box to hold it together and the tape said that the box was like that when they received it. I'm wondering why packing peanuts or styrofoam wasn't used to help secure the hitch. The hitch only had minor marks on it, so I just installed it on my Jeep as is.

Installed super easy, just wrapped a 3,000 mi road trip on the back of my 5th wheel and it performed great.

Ordered a hitch setup for 2020 CRV LX. This included a receiver, wiring harness, and ball mount. The price was competitive and it arrived quickly. The packaging was somewhat rough. The receiver was in a large box and had punctured through the side. There was paint missing from multiple locations on the receiver, mainly the sections where it attaches to the frame. The actual receiver was wrapped in plastic and had the mounting hardware, so this was in good shape. The ball receiver was in a smaller box inside the packaging and was in good condition. The wiring harness also arrived in the box undamaged. It would seem simply wrapping the entire receiving bracket in plastic could alleviate some of the shipping damage. I used black rustoleum to touch up the bare metal parts before mounting.
