Bought a pair of fenders for 13" wheels to accomodate 12" wheels (upgrade from 8"wheels). They came early. Needed to drill three 3/8" holes in the side of each one so I bit the bullet and got a cobalt bit that cost almost as much as the fenders! But the drive long was easy with the rifgt tool. Also jury rigged a galvanized tie plate to extend the top mount up a few inches. The cobalt bit made quick easy work of the drilling. They are on there solid.

My order contained 3 items. On separate days, i received two shipment notices. It was not clear if these notices were redundant or if they referred to partial shipments.
The first box arrived with 2 of the 3 items, but a follow-up e-mail you sent was written to sound like our business was complete. A few days later the final item arrived.
I did not contact the company after the unexpected partial shipment because of that second shipment notice, but the lack of clarity made the days between shipments a bit stressful.

Love the You Tube install instructions. Install was straightforward the challenging part and I was warned in the YouTube video that it would be a challenge to find a place to put the controller they weren't kidding
The brake controller works great and I would highly recommend it

After Amazon lost the order twice I ordered from Aliexoress to save a few bucks. Weeks later and no shipment confirmation we turned to etrailer, they shipped the next day. We had the stairs in about 5 days.

I needed a new rim and tire for my trailer. Easy to find what I needed at a great price.

With a little navigating the site was able to watch videos to pin point the parts I needed and best way for taking awning apart and replacing bent roller pin and also to replace cover. Nice website for my needs.

I purchased a set of Bearing Buddies for my trailer. I was having a hard time finding the correct size online until I found helpful information on sizing at etrailer.

Very happy with the equipment ordered and information about the product. Delivery estimate needs improved. I ordered based on recommend delivery date as it should have been here a day before I needed. Unfortunately it wasn't shipped on the date it was supposed to and the item arrived on the day I was supposed to pick up my new trailer. Fortunately the controller was extremely easy to install (practically plug and play) and I was able to get the trailer on time.

Not aware of shipping charges until check out. Never received an email with tracking number.
