Quick and easy. This was a perfect fit for our Ford CMax. I would recommend that you don't associate addresses with names. I am visiting my father and somehow my order and email collaboration came back with my father's name. I never provided his name so your database must have pulled that info and assumed it was for him.

So far so great, the trailer harness was a perfect plug and play fit.

Box arrived and looks like it fell off a building. Work on your packaging… I'm not the first person to write a review as such.

Missing bolts, washers and instructions and I paid so much for shipping that it wasn't worth returning. Do not recommend purchasing from Canada unless needed quickly. Shipped to Ontario in 3 days.

Hitch fits perfectly and only has minor cosmetic scratches that can't be seen on the car.

Instructions are clear and helpful. Watch out for the black plastic pins which portrude through the frame from the bumper side as you slide the receiver into position. As a 68 year old, returning to my garage after a three-month convalescence, the install was physically challenging. The install took me five+ hours (over several days) due to hole alignment issues. A metal rasp and file came to the rescue! A bottle jack was also helpful in supporting the initial alignment and bolt insertion. Yet, the final install is very satisfactory!

Received 2 trailier tires mounted on rims. It took me a bit to confirm what I needed before i felt confident in ordering, but found that information on etrailier help YouTube video. They arrived individually boxed, easily to open. I was able to mount them with excellent fit! No issues at all!

Part arrived with 2 two holes in the box, and part of the hitch receiver sticking out. No apparent damage to the part. Mechanic installed in about 30 minutes. So far so good after first tow.

Everything was easy and satisfactory. I would recommend this item.

Part came on time. Box was damaged and crushed in multiple locations. Have provided feedback (this is the 3rd attempt) to get some feedback, and have heard nothing in regards to this concern.

I purchased a class III Curt trailer hitch for my 2018 Ford Escape. It is a well made and comes with quality fasteners.
The directions are clearly written and the etrailer website hosts several video tutorials.
Here are a few of helpful hints.
1. Enlist a friend to help hoist the hitch into place. I was able to do it myself, but working solo made that part of the job pretty unpleasant.
2. When fishing the wire, I poked my pinky into the receiving hole to "catch" the tip and guide it thru.
3. When you push the fished bolt and spacer back into the frame be careful not to push it in too far as I did in one case. It got stuck and I couldn't pull it back thru the hole once the hitch was ready to be bolted in! Using a flexible plastic nozzle from an aerosol can I was able to free the bolt and spacer by poking it thru a nearby drain hole in the frame.

Fast and easy. Really like the reviews and question and answers on products.
