This is my 4th order over the past couple of years. Each time I believe your website projected delivery dates. I plan trips and other activities based on when I will receive the products. EVERY time your site indicates I will have the product, it actually arrives generally 10 days after the projected date. Please just give us the true delivery date so we can plan accordingly. Your team members are very nice, knowledgeable and you have good products. Please reassess your delivery algorithms and update your projections accordingly. Thank!
