Failed to have a pair of drums in my order. Yes maybe I should have looked better at the order but I got a pair of brake assemblies and I guess assumed that a pair of drums would go a long with it. If not maybe an email/call asking if I need 2 or not.
My auto shop recommended that I go to etrailer. I was on and found what I needed easily. There was a clear description and even a heads up that my rear foot sensor for the lift gate could not work after install of the hitch. I appreciated the detail. I was on a quick timeline so I reached out to customer service to confirm that it was likely to arrive on the date given for the one shipping option I was given. I knew who to contact because I got an email with an individual contact if I had questions. And I got an actual call back from an actual person who knew the warehouse where it was shipping from. She explained it was coming from a warehouse that was close and it should arrive on time. I appreciated the call and it arrived on time! Shop said it was a quality product and easy to install. Very happy,
