Ordered on Aug 8, eTrailer website showed a delivery date of Aug 12. Notification from UPS that delivery would be Aug 14, then notified that the shipment would be transferred to USPS. Delayed my trip due to product not being delivered until Aug 15.

Etrailer was the only source that clearly identified the bearings and seal needed for this Axel. I wanted a spare set to carry with us but didn't want to disassemble the hub to identify the part numbers.
Had difficulty looking up parts by part number.
Finally found the parts I needed under a sub for a main assembly

I ordered a towing receiver for my 2024 Nissan Frontier and when I tried to install it, I found that the receiver was too short. I could put the bolts in one side but not the other. I contacted etrailer support and they said it was probably bent and they would ship another. A few days later the replacement receiver arrived, and I put it on the next day. I'm an arthritic 73-year-old retired machinist. I had to use a few jacks to get it in place and the bolts went right in. Thank you etrailer.
