I received my hitch in 48 hours and the part was correct and fit was good.
I was able to put the Hitch on (2022 Ford Escape) by Myself without taking the Muffler backet off. Had a few blocks of wood and a Jack to help bright it up in place. Wiring is easy except placing the Positive to the battery under the vehicle. Since I'm 72 and its hot, I will be taking it to your recommended local shop to have them put it on a hoist and take all the panels from under the vehicle off. Should be $50 to $75 for 30 minutes they thought.

I read the reviews and had the same issue, box destroyed but my hitch was fine. The hitch literally does not fit in the box so when it arrived, tap galore just to hold the box intact while the hitch was still exposed. No damage done luckily. As far as installing the hitch, it took my husband 15 minutes so for those that are mechanically inclined, easy-peasy. (I have a 2023 Hyundai Tucson)
The deliver was prompt and the service was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone.
