Rack looks great and worked fine. It did interfere with the plastic bumper a bit, but no so-much that it was a problem. It just contacts the very bottom of the plastic bumper enough to compress it. The box arrived heavily damaged and with some huge holes in it. It didn't seem to cause any issues, but it easily could have.
Hitch is great, seems solid and was not difficult install. The packaging was poor which caused several areas of the hitch's paint to be worn down to bare metal. So I did have to repaint before install to prevent future rust.
Great experience overall was hesitant on how it would fit. Checkout was easy and shipping was fast I had it in 3 days and installed
Shopping at etrailer is fast and easy. The informative videos are great. However, as I've read in other reviews, etrailer needs to use more protection while shipping trailer hitches! When I received my hitch, there were several holes in the box. Everywhere there was a hole, the paint was chipped and scraped off! The UPS delivery guy looked at it and said he could take it back. I figured I would just get another banged up hitch so I'll paint it myself. Makes me think I'll order from Amazon next time.

The light kit looks good and it arrived quickly but the order confirmation said I would get an email when it shipped but I didn't. I checked spam etc but no shipping notice. It just showed up. I prefer a shipping notice.
